1. Information We Do Not Collect

Beckham Law Engine is designed with a strict data-minimization architecture. We do not store, log, or persist the financial variables (Income, Global Assets, Spanish Assets, Unvested RSUs) you enter into our calculator. All tax projections are executed statelessly. Once you close your browser or generate your Fiscal Blueprint, the raw financial data is instantly purged from application memory.

2. The Fiscal Blueprint Generation

When you purchase and generate the "Beckham Law Fiscal Blueprint", the data payload is securely transmitted via TLS 1.3 to our edge rendering service to construct the PDF dossier. The generated PDF is returned directly to your client application as a blob. We do not retain copies of your generated PDF on our servers.

3. Payment Processing

All financial transactions are processed securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Stripe). Beckham Law Engine does not access, store, or process your credit card numbers or raw billing information.

4. B2B Partner Handoff

If you utilize the included expert review and book a consultation with one of our Verified Partners, you will interact directly with their scheduling infrastructure (e.g., Calendly). We do not intercept or record the communications between you and the partnered tax advisory firm. Any engagement with a partner firm is governed by their respective attorney-client confidentiality agreements and GDPR policies.

5. Analytics & Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to ensure the application functions correctly (e.g., maintaining your calculator state during a session). We utilize anonymized analytics to measure regional traffic (e.g., tracking the volume of users calculating taxes for Madrid vs. Barcelona) to improve our programmatic SEO and server provisioning. This analytics data cannot be tied back to an individual user.
