Terms of Service

Last updated: August 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Beckham Law Engine application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Algorithmic Projection Nature

Not Formal Legal or Tax Advice. The calculations, fiscal blueprints, document checklists, and deadline estimates provided by the Service are generated via proprietary algorithmic models interpreting current Spanish Tax Law (Impuesto sobre la Renta de no Residentes, IRPF, and ITSGF).

This Service is an educational and mathematical projection tool. It does not establish an attorney-client relationship, nor does it constitute formal tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are strictly advised to verify all calculations and procedural requirements with a certified Spanish tax professional or Gestor Administrativo before submitting official documents (such as Form 149 or Form 151) to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT).

3. The Fiscal Blueprint Product

The "Beckham Law Fiscal Blueprint" is a digital document generated dynamically based on user inputs. Upon successful payment of the stated fee ($29), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and retain a copy of the dossier for your personal use.

Because the product is a customized digital good delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the Blueprint has been generated and presented for download, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Partner Directory & Handoff

The Service includes a directory of "Verified Partners" and offers a link to book a consultation with third-party legal professionals. Beckham Law Engine operates strictly as a lead generation directory and SaaS platform. We do not engage in fee-splitting, referral commissions, or direct legal representation, in strict compliance with Article 19 of the Código Deontológico de la Abogacía Española.

We bear no liability for the outcome of your application, tax audits by the AEAT, or the quality of service provided by any third-party partner firm you choose to engage.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beckham Law Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (including tax penalties levied by the AEAT), incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; or (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
